Week 1 - Stabilization
Creating a greater sense of emotional and physiological steadiness while beginning to reduce overwhelm, internal pressure, and survival-mode patterns.
Week 2 - Understanding Survival Mode
Recognizing how prolonged emotional stress impacts the nervous system, emotional regulation, thought patterns, and the ability to feel grounded and safe internally.
Week 3 - Reconnection
Beginning to reconnect with yourself again - your needs, emotions, boundaries, desires, and internal signals - after spending so long focused on surviving.
Week 4 - Rebuilding Self-Trust
Learning how to move out of constant emotional reactivity and begin making decisions from a more grounded, self-connected place.
Week 5 - Creating Emotional Safety
Exploring how to soften patterns of hypervigilance, overfunctioning, and internal bracing while creating a greater sense of steadiness within yourself.
Week 6 - Grounded Forward Movement
Beginning to move forward with greater clarity, emotional capacity, and internal steadiness as you continue rebuilding your life from a more connected foundation.
