Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Health and Life Coach?
A Health & Life Coach is your personal guide and accountability partner, helping you stay committed to your wellness and personal growth goals - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Unlike a consultant or therapist, a coach doesn’t tell you what to do. Instead, they help you uncover your own answers by asking the right questions, identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, and guiding you toward real, lasting change.
Health & Life Coaches specialize in habit change and mindset work, helping you break free from limiting beliefs and build the life and health you truly want.

How do I know if coaching is for me?
The only way to know if coaching is right for you is to try it - and that’s why I offer a free Discovery Session. This no-pressure call gives you a chance to experience what coaching feels like and decide if it’s the right fit for you. There’s absolutely no obligation to continue.
Finding the right match between coach and client is key to building a space of trust, safety, and transformation. My goal is to support you in the most meaningful way.
It’s a Lot of Money to Hire a Coach - Is It Really Worth It?
If you're someone who’s used to putting yourself last, the idea of investing in coaching can feel uncomfortable - even selfish. Many women I work with have never spent this kind of time, energy, or money on themselves.
But here's the real question:
What is staying stuck costing you?
What’s the cost to your health, your energy, your confidence - if nothing changes?
What does it cost your relationships, your productivity, your income, or your peace of mind?
This program is designed to create real breakthroughs - not quick fixes - so you can become a more present, fulfilled, and healthier version of yourself.
And when you show up as your best self, everyone around you benefits too.
Investing in yourself sends a powerful message: You matter.
And let’s be honest - change doesn’t happen by doing the same things. Transformation takes commitment, and coaching gives you the tools and support to finally make that happen.
What’s the Difference Between a Coach and a Therapist?
LTherapists primarily help clients explore and heal unresolved issues from the past, including trauma, mental health conditions, and emotional wounds. Therapy often focuses on why certain patterns exist -working through them with diagnosis and treatment.
Coaches, on the other hand, focus on the present and future. Coaching is action-oriented and forward-focused. As a coach, my role is to help you get clear on what you want, identify what’s holding you back, and guide you toward practical steps that lead to meaningful change.
I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions - instead, I support you in creating habits, mindset shifts, and strategies that move you from stuck to empowered.
Coaching and therapy can be complementary - and knowing which one you need depends on where you are in your personal journey.
