About Me

Hi, I’m Deidre

I work with high-functioning women whose bodies have shifted into prolonged survival mode after significant life stress.

My path into this work wasn’t theoretical.

After my own long-term marriage ended, I experienced firsthand how prolonged relational stress can alter the body - sleep disruption, metabolic shifts, nervous system bracing, emotional fatigue. Even when the external crisis quiets, the physiology doesn’t always follow.

What I came to understand - both personally and professionally - is that this isn’t weakness.

It’s adaptation.

And adaptation requires recalibration.

As a certified Health & Life Coach with a focus on nervous system regulation and metabolic stabilization, I guide women through structured, contained processes that support the body’s return to steadiness.

My work is not about glow-ups or extreme transformations.

It’s about:

Structure instead of chaos.
Regulation instead of reactivity.
Physiological safety instead of constant bracing.

I believe wellness is built through measured, consistent shifts - not pressure, not hustle, and not extremes.

When I’m not coaching, I find steadiness in simple rhythms - walking outdoors, writing, creating thoughtful content, and spending time in quiet reflection.

If you’re here because your body still feels unsettled long after the crisis has passed - whether that was divorce, prolonged relational strain, or another major life transition - you don’t need more discipline.

You may need structure.

And I would be honored to support you through that recalibration.

Structure creates steadiness.
