HERLUMINA PRESENTS
The 100 Women Study
When Rest Doesn't Feel Restorative
An independent survey exploring stress, internal tension and recovery among women ages 40–55.
I'd like to hear from you.
We do a lot of things to help ourselves feel better.
We exercise. Take walks. Rest. Go on vacation. Spend time alone. Meditate. Pray. Get more sleep. Try to slow down.
But I've become curious about something:
What happens when we do the things that are supposed to help us decompress - and still don't feel genuinely restored?
That's the question behind The 100 Women Study.
I'm inviting women between the ages of 40 and 55 to take part in a short, independent survey exploring stress, internal tension, rest and recovery.
The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. You won't be asked for your name, email address or other directly identifying information. Responses will be reviewed collectively to look for patterns in what women are experiencing.
There are no right or wrong answers. I'm interested in your actual experience - not what you think you should be experiencing.
Who can participate?
This survey is for women who:
are between 40 and 55 years old
are willing to share approximately five minutes of their experience
My initial goal is to hear from at least 100 women. If more women want to participate, the survey will remain open so that more voices can be included.
Thank you for adding yours.
