Over three days, you’ll be guided through a short, supportive reset designed to help you slow down, get clear, and reconnect with yourself - without pressure to change everything.

Thoughtfully structured conversations to help you understand what’s been weighing on you and what might help next. Please reserve 60 minutes for a relaxed start and close - the sessions are intentionally paced and not rushed.

This is a private coaching experience focused on your life, energy, and needs - not a group process or generic advice.

Day One

Arrive & Get Oriented

Day One is about arriving - not performing.

We’ll start by slowing things down and creating a sense of safety and orientation. There’s no pressure to have answers or explain yourself well.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been feeling heavy, draining, or out of alignment - without trying to fix it.

This first conversation is about understanding what’s been happening in your body, your energy, and your life, so you can stop blaming yourself and start making sense of your experience.

You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are.

Day Two

Gentle Integration

There’s no live session on Day Two.
You’ll have light support, simple reflection, and full permission to move at your own pace.

You’ll be invited to try one small, self-chosen experiment designed to fit your real life and energy - not to do it “right,” but simply to notice what helps.

Day Three

Clarity & Next Steps

Day Three is a chance to reflect on what you noticed and make sense of it together.

We’ll talk through what felt different, what supported you, and what you want to carry forward - without pressure to decide or commit to anything.

You’ll leave with more clarity, a steadier sense of direction, and trust in yourself to know what you need next.
